Weekly Goofy Movie Clip "Leonard Nimoy Naked"

A rare moment to catch Lenard Nimoy without his Spock ears...

This clip is from the 1971 film, Catlow starring Yul Brynner. Nimoy plays the bad guy. It's one of his best performances and one of the few Westerns the guy was ever in.

In his autobiography, titled I Am Spock (or I Am Not Spock, depending on when you read it) Nimoy sites the period when he made this film as one of the happiest times in his life.

Interesting.

  1. I think I saw his Vulcan. I didn't hate it. I hate myself just a little right now though.

  2. Not to worry. Youtube has a very strict No Visible Vulcans Policy. The clip is not gonna last.

    1. I hate to break it to you, but it's still up -- and it's getting comments that I can only describe as a mix of suggestive and weirded out.

    2. 9 years and it’s STILL UP! Where do you see his Vulcan? All I can see is darkness.

  3. Oh, yes. I'm notified every time one is posted. And, yes, it has stayed up much longer than I ever thought it would.
    Thanks for your comment.

    1. I find it interesting that he considers this period in his life as one of the happiest also...he was drinking at the time and I'm sure his wife wasn't too thrilled about that!
